Why this exists
The balanced strategy sprays runs across every signed-in account and every harness you have installed, which is the whole point of running a fleet instead of one chat window. It also means spend is scattered across a dozen places nothing rolls up on its own. These three commands are that rollup — read from the same local, cross-agent session index everything else in agi-cli already builds on.
